Information Architect/UX Designer |
The Information Architect / UX Designer is responsible for designing and participating in the development of the user experience for the SmartMusic web, desktop and mobile products from concept to launch. They will set the direction and requirements for user interface by drawing upon user research. Works with product management team to design and create user experience design prototypes and ensures the designs align with branding and product objectives.
Qualified applications must have 3+ years experience as a member of user experience design team on web, desktop and mobile platforms. Background in music is helpful, but not required. 3+ years experience as a member of user experience design team – experience with web, desktop, and mobile platforms preferred.

Scrum Master |
The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring the Scrum process is adhered to in the development of the company’s software solutions. This is accomplished through the support of the product development process, product owner and product team. Duties include: Communicating with management, developers, product managers and support specialists on product issues; Organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings; Ensuring the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility; Assisting the product owner and supporting the product team as needed.
Qualified applications must have a Bachelors degree or combination of relevant education and experience. Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 5+ years project management and 1+ years of Scrum Master experience. A thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures is also required. |

Operations Engineer |
The Operations Engineer is a key member of the Business Systems team supporting data management, reporting, and problem resolution. They are responsible for the overall implementation, monitoring, support, maintenance, and testing of Business Systems applications, and telecommunications systems.

Financial Analyst |
The Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation and design of financial and statistical reports as well as short and long-term financial and operational business modeling and planning. The Financial Analyst will provide insights on business performance and identify key risks and opportunities to the plans.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred but not required. A minimum of 4+ years of Public or Corporate accounting experience and financial planning and analysis. |
