| Ronald B. Raup joined the company as chief marketing officer in
September 2005 and became the president and chief operating officer in October
2006. In November 2007, he was named co-CEO. Mr. Raup was also named a director
on MakeMusic's Board of Directors in October 2006. He had previously served on the
Board of Directors from September 2004 until September 2005. He has been a key
influencer, demonstrating his knowledge and depth of experience gained over 30 years
of leadership roles within the music products industry. Raup most recently
served as vice president of Brook Mays Music Company. Prior to Brook Mays,
Raup was employed by MakeMusic where he served as president and chief operating
officer from 1995 until 1999. Before that, he was senior vice president
of marketing and sales at Yamaha Corporation of America and served on Yamaha's
Board of Directors. Mr. Raup has served on various industry boards including the
International Association of Music Merchants. |

| Mark E. Dunn joined the company as senior vice president of product
development in October 1991, and became the chief technology officer in October
2000. In this position he manages software engineering, business systems, repertoire
development, and quality assurance for MakeMusic. Mr. Dunn has more than 24 years’
experience managing software development at the VP level and above. In that time
he has overseen the development of a large variety of award-winning, best-selling
products in numerous categories, including education, desktop publishing, and small
business applications. In addition, he has managed development resources on an international
scale, managing offices and working with large engineering teams in China, France,
and Germany. Mr. Dunn has a BA degree from the University of Minnesota and certification
as a software engineer from Brown Institute in Minneapolis. |

| Diane W. Hummon joined MakeMusic as senior vice president of marketing in
September 2009. Ms. Hummon has more than twenty-five years of marketing experience in a variety
of service industry organizations, including public and private companies, as well as a large
non-profit organization. Most recently, Ms. Hummon was the vice president of global marketing
at Personnel Decisions International. From 2002-2007 she was the senior vice president of Donor
Relations and Strategic Marketing at Greater Twin Cities United Way. Prior to this, Ms. Hummon
led marketing groups at U.S. Bank and American Express Financial Advisors, now known as
Ameriprise. She earned her MBA though the University of St. Thomas, she earned a certificate
from the Harvard Business School with a focus on executive competitive strategy and she
received her BS in Music Therapy from Florida State University. |

| Karen L. VanDerBosch joined MakeMusic as chief financial officer in December
2006 with more than 20 years of financial experience in technology and manufacturing
industries. From 2001 to 2006, Ms. VanDerBosch was CFO at Sagebrush Corporation, a
privately held developer of library automation software and services and book
re-binder for the education market. Prior to joining Sagebrush, she held chief
financial officer positions at KB Gear Interactive, FieldWorks Incorporated and Empak
Incorporated. Ms. VanDerBosch began her career at Honeywell and her education includes
a BS from the University of Minnesota and MBA coursework at the University
of St. Thomas. |
