This policy does not apply to Garritan products, which may not be returned. We may offer a refund on a Garritan product within 30 days of your purchase if you are experiencing a technical difficulty that prevents installation, and our technical support team has determined that there is unresolveable system incompatibility.
All refunds are issued in USD – Customers are responsible for any difference in exchange rate between the date of original purchase and refund.
