1995
Vivace, our accompaniment software, had its debut and changed the game forever.
2005
SmartMusic evolved as a practice software that gave feedback in addition to engaging accompaniments.
2015
SmartMusic moved to the web and became accessible to even more young musicians.
2020
SmartMusic powered the music education of millions of students by providing unprecedented free access during a critically challenging time for the world.
2022
MakeMusic Cloud, our new name, was revealed as a way to join our product name with our company name.

You consider the sequencing of concepts, techniques, and musical styles to ensure a logical progression of learning. Being deliberate, you also assess students’ individual needs and adjust your teaching method as needed. You understand that each student’s musical journey is unique and requires personalized attention.
Be impactful:
You make a significant impact by fostering a love and appreciation for music in your students. You inspire your students to reach their full musical potential, whether it’s mastering an instrument, improving singing techniques, or composing an original piece. By offering constructive feedback and guidance, you help students build confidence in their abilities. As an impactful music educator, you create an environment where students can express themselves creatively, helping them develop skills that extend beyond the realm of music, such as discipline, teamwork, and critical thinking.
Be human:
